AT SONNYROSE, WE BELEIVE BRANDING IS A FEELING–SOULFUL AND DYNAMIC.

We develop thoughtful branding for hospitality, real estate and lifestyle entities. Inspired by New York and the Martino family heritage, rooted in a Brooklyn specialty shop built on care, craftsmanship, and community, SonnyRose builds brands that move people - crafted with intention, rooted in story, and made to endure.

ELIZABETH KEATING

Elizabeth is the founder of SonnyRose, a creative and strategic consultancy specializing in brand development for lifestyle and luxury hospitality, real estate, and select vertically integrated brands.

She spearheaded two additional, highly successful business ventures, each reflecting her vision, innovation, and leadership. She led Revolver New York, a full-service branding agency celebrated for its bold approach and influential designs. Additionally, she launched BESPOKE, a specialized beauty and luxury division within the global communications powerhouse, Publicis Groupe.

Elizabeth is a passionate connector of people and ideas, committed to building dynamic, collaborative communities. Driven by curiosity and ambition, she embraces challenges and strives to create meaningful change. Her work is fueled by a dedication to developing compelling brands that align with—and elevate—her clients’ visions.

Elizabeth’s broader impact (present and past) includes: Board Member of First Descents, Vice Chair of Stoke Broker, Advisory Board Member for SAIRA Hospitality, co-founder of the nonprofit Paper Fox, and co-chair of the LGBTQ+ Family Alliance (St. Luke’s). She is also formerly a member of HeyMama and served on the Guidance Committee for the Independent Lodging Congress (ILC).

Elizabeth graduated from Georgetown University, and received a certificate from Harvard Business School Online in “Sustainable Business Strategy”.

1. What is your current state of mind?

Curious, ambitious, and driven to create meaningful change through creativity and connection.

2. What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Building something beautiful and lasting—whether a brand, a community, or a moment of shared inspiration.

3. What is your greatest passion?

Connecting people and ideas to spark innovation and purpose.

4. What is your greatest achievement?

Founding SonnyRose, a creative and strategic consultancy that helps lifestyle and luxury brands find their voice and vision. (and my children!)

5. You’ve built multiple successful ventures. What’s the common thread?

Vision and integrity. As a leader of several organizations, the goal has always been the same: create work that feels both beautiful and honest.

6. How would you describe your approach to leadership?

Collaborative, intuitive, and human. I believe the best ideas come from collective energy—the MAGIC that happens when talented people trust each other enough to take risks.

7. What do you most value in your work?

The opportunity to transform ideas into living, breathing identities that inspire and endure. The chance to connect with other visionaries and mentor young people.

8. Which projects have shaped you most?

My pro bono work for a healthcare clinic that supported the LGBTQ+ community. It was truly inspiring and heartfelt.

9. What motivates you to keep creating?

The challenge of aligning creativity with meaning, and the joy of seeing clients’ visions elevated beyond expectation.

10. Who are your heroes in real life?

Visionaries who lead with both head and heart—my mom, especially, whose love and support helped shape SonnyRose. ❤️ (shoutout to my momma!)

11. Outside of your business, how do you give back or stay connected to purpose?

I am proud to serve as a Board Member for First Descents, formerly the Vice Chair of Stoke Broker, and on the Advisory Board of SAIRA Hospitality. I also co-founded the nonprofit Paper Fox and formerly served as a co-chair the LGBTQ+ Family Alliance at St. Luke’s. Each reflects a different part of my belief in access, inclusion, and impact.

12. Where did your journey begin

At Georgetown University, shaped by global perspective and creative rigor—and deepened through an online class at Harvard Business School, where I explored the future of sustainable business strategy. Although, my lemonade stand at 9-years old was probably the real start to my journey.14. What do you consider your greatest strength?
